Jill and the kids asked for Fried Rice for Sunday family dinner this week. I was happy to oblige. I like being home on Sunday nights so I can be with the extended family for dinner together.
This is what the Fried Rice looked like before cooking. 
The dinner turned out very well - seemed to be enjoyed by all.
