I'm in Seattle for a couple of days this week teaching an AirMagnet Advanced WLAN Design class. We are holding the class right downtown, on the water just north of Pike's Place Market. The classroom overlooks the wharves of Seattle, the water, and across to Bainbridge Island.
I arrived late Sunday night, Monday night the restaurant was closed, so tonight was my first available time to get to have the "Best Mongolian Beef in the world" - right in Downtown Burien (Center of the known Universe) - private joke for folks from the Seattle area.
King Wha... this little 'hole in the wall' Chinese place... who would have thought they would be the best.I've been coming here for 15 years now, whenever I'm in Seattle to sample their fare.
And the answer is YES - I ordered Mongolian Beef...

It has been way too long, I can't even remember what it tastes like....
I would love to taste it. If you say it is that good then it must taste great!
