Keith,I think this looks great. I think that if it were mine, I'd put my current weight on there and maybe weigh in once a week, or month, whatever best suits you. You will see progress with this plan so I think it would be beneficial for you to see where you started and where you end up.Just my opinion :).

Add it to your iPhone somehow (I'm sure there some awesome tracking app out there) and take it away from your pocket and other cards. ;)
